Subscription

VANDIJK lawyers also offers four subscriptions. These are:

• Self-employed / starter contract;
• SME subscription;
• Legal assistance Saving plan.

At VANDIJK lawyers, you get to know the lawyers and the lawyers get to know you. Personal care towards our customers is paramount. You therefore do not have access to one lawyer, but to all lawyers affiliated with our office. We think together with you to prevent legal issues and can respond quickly to unexpected situations. We help you to resolve (complicated) issues by providing timely, good quality advice and support. VANDIJK lawyers offers you not only first legal assistance, but also specialized legal assistance.

For a fixed monthly amount, you can choose a subscription that best suits your company. You can also choose to combine a plan with another plan. You do not only have direct access to one of our specialized lawyers, but with a subscription, you also save time, legal worries, and money.

You are bound to a subscription for at least two year. You can then cancel the subscription every month, taking into account a cancellation period of 1 month.

You can (video) call or send us your question by e-mail. If you do not reach the lawyer in question (if it is a specific legal field), we will strive to contact you the same day or at the latest the day after. We are increasingly available in the evenings and in the weekends.

The following applies to all subscriptions:

It is not possible to cancel a (legal) subscription with regard to a dispute that already existed before or upon entering into the subscription. Our normal hourly rate applies to legal work carried out in connection with such a dispute. Decisive for this is the moment that there is actually a dispute (“business conflict”) with another person about a certain legal subject.

The subscriptions exclude all ongoing procedures, proceedings at second instance (the appeal of the proceedings conducted), proceedings of which the summons / petition was already sent or received at the time of concluding one of the subscriptions, proceedings that took place 2 months before commencement of one of the subscriptions, proceedings at the Supreme Court, and proceedings abroad.

In all cases, VANDIJK lawyers reserves the right to determine which lawyer acts for you. All this, of course, as much as possible tailored to your legal needs.

Laws and regulations

Based on the laws and regulations that apply to us, we are obliged to keep a copy of your proof of identification and / or a recent extract from the Trade Register of your company in our files. We request that you also take this with you to your first appointment. We will also ask you about it.

In connection with our professional liability, we also reserve the right, prior to an advice or procedure, to require that a separate order confirmation be signed.
