Administrative law pertains to the regulations that the government must abide by. The General Administrative Law Act (AWB) regulates how the government must prepare, take and announce decisions. For example, it pertains to giving a subsidy or granting a permit.

We also advise in cases of Administrative law nature (including: Construction law, Spatial planning, Municipal law or local regulations) and in case of (objection and/or appeal) proceedings against decisions pertaining to employment status.
