Administrative law concerns the rules that the government must adhere to. The General Administrative Law Act (AWB) regulates how the government must prepare, take and announce decisions. The Awb also regulates how a non-government can take action against government administration in the event that the government does not comply with the rules.
We advise and assist you in (objection and/or appeal) proceedings against decisions of a legal status.
